Will never again go to this company for anything. As they are supposedly both an Approved Workshop and also Dealers for Autosleeper, I took my van for repair of a water leak. That was 6 weeks ago and the leak is now worse than before. The first time they gave it back to me saying that they could not remove and reseal so they had just done a reseal. Autosleepers had advised me it must be a remove and reseal. So they had it back. Stupidly I also asked for a Hab Check. I asked if they would be re-winterizing after and they said yes. Well. I collected the vehicle, still leaking. I had pressured them to keep it long enough so the sealant would go off in the dry. But they left it out in the rain. I had lost faith - so I re-checked the winterization when I got home. And what did I find? they had failed to drain the system down properly and I emptied the water heater. The night before the recent spell of freezing weather. Now, they are refusing any responsibility and basically calling me a liar. Do not use this company they are appalling.

After what seems an eternity, sorting out brokerage and conveyancing firms ,we recently confirmed our order for a new Benimar Mileo 264. ( Alyson even let us change to the 264 at the last moment as having seen it in the flesh, it suited our needs far better ). Amey and especially Alyson have always been super attentive to our requests, even accepting my sense of humour above and beyond the call of duty. Alyson was even able to accommodate our registration number to represent our three grand children's first initials. If there is an employee of the year We would like to nominate Alyson Evans, she certainly deserves it after us.( me )Looking forward to picking our 264 on the 4th of October and hope it will give us lot's of fun for us and the family for many years.If the service department come anywhere near the sales team we will be delighted.Diolch yn fawr iawn.Norman and Avril Atwell
A little perplexed to read the negative reviews on here. We have recently visited this branch and have secured a new Benimar, expecting delivery early October. The sales staff were superb taking time to offer us a bespoke deal which were are very happy with. I hope the after sales is as good!
Sadly things sometimes go wrong.We bought a new caravan from Marquis, which unfortunately developed several faults very soon after purchase.With efficiency, good grace and in just a few days, a new caravan was delivered.Many thanks Ryan, Alison and all the staff involved for excellent customer support and good luck for your future plans.
