Bought an Audi A1 from Ivybridge Motors recently and the service was amazing, Garry really looked after me, listened to what I wanted and gave me loads of advice about the finance options available to me. As I am not from the area I was able to place a small holding deposit over the phone against the car I thought I wanted to buy as I wasn't able to test drive until after the weekend and didn't want to lose it someone else but in the end I bought a different car thanks to Garry's advice! Saw a car we liked went to test drive it but you only had ONE member of staff in on a Sunday so would not let us.come to test drive it today as arranged (you had my number to call if it sold)which you didn't to be told it's been sold.whats the point in opening on a Sunday if you can't test drive the cars,disgusting and poor customer serviced
