Excellent customer service.I bought a car from GKS about 6 weeks ago and unfortunately on the drive home warning lights came on indicating an engine management fault. I live around 80 miles from GKS so returning the vehicle to them for a check was not an option. This could have lead to a very negative experience but thanks to James and Elliot being so helpful, professional and creating no obstacles to having the car checked and remedied at a location convenient to me the experience was actually a great example of how to put a customer first. Credit to both of them. Car is now running well and due to the positive attitude and desire to resolve the issue for me I would not hesitate to recommend GKS.
