Went here for xmas drinks after a big walk with the dogs. Very dog friendly and nice couple running the show. Look forward to visiting in the summer and enjoying the beer garden.

Great little pub and such nice food! After a long day cycling it was heaven to sit in the traditional surroundings and feel welcomed & warm!
Love love this pub. My hubby and I prefer quieter country pubs and this certainly was. Food delicious and reasonable pricing. Adored the log burner and antique bits and bobs all about. Parking is exceptionally good. Well laid out pub. Will go again in a heartbeat.
Just had a meal here for my wife's birthday. It was fantastic! The food was amazing and the service was brilliant. Best creamy garlic mushroom starter I've ever had. Top quality food and served to everyone at the same time, we were a party of 18. Will definitely be returning again soon to try more of the menu.
