I used TAPS for a few jobs, which were fine, but then I asked for my bathroom to be renovated. I had several problems with water pressure, to my new bath, which I didn't have before the job. I was eventually told I had to buy a new pump to get adequate pressure through the hot tap.When I checked the pipework behind the bath, I saw the that flexipipes to the taps were bent in half, which was severely restricting the flow, but worse than that I saw that they had mis-measured the tap holes that they'd originally cut and had to cut two more holes for each tap. This meant that the taps moved about when you used them. I rang and made a complaint, and supplied photos to show what a mess they had made of my bath, but was not offered any money back for the terrible workmanship. My bath is ruined and I had to buy new bath taps to cover the holes. This is what you get when you pay for a professional plumber and they use a work experience boy to save money.I would not recommend under any circumstances.
Boiler replacement: They were recommended to us for a good service and we were NOT disappointed. Gave us a competitive quote, discussed all the options and allowed us to pick the boiler we wanted.
