Modbury is very fortunate to have The CO-OP its so well stocked with both Fresh Food - Chilled & Frozen often at very Competitive prices bearing in mind its convenience, The Staff I have to say are so friendly-Helpful- quick to respond to any queries, I do have to pick out one or two extra special ones Shirley and Tamiko - Tracey- Nicky and a lot of the male staff as well, Thank you all for going the extra mile Michael Astill
Excellent little shop, have everything you could need. Although, If you're visiting Modbury for the first time, you need to be aware of the plastic bag ban! (We weren't familiar until it was too late..)
The best plastic bag free Coop in the world! !!!! Staff really friendly and welcoming . Store nice and clean with a great range of stock.
This place usually is really great but there is one woman who works there who has terrible personal hygiene . She is a larger woman with greasy hair, dirty uniform and a strong body odour. She is not a good representation of the company. She serves you with such an attitude if you ask for items behind the counter that she has to move to get to. Very dissapointing!! Rest of staff are very helpful and friendly tho. Just that one person letting them down.
Sometimes low on stock of fruit and veg but generally good selection of items, and most of the staff hardworking and friendly.
