After buying my car from here nearly 5 years ago , I have continued to get my car serviced here . Staff always very helpful even when I turned up out of the blue because my window wouldn't close.! P.s my bag for life comes in very handy and always take it on holiday in hope of making it onto the notice board
First class attention to detail and wonderful customer service from the team at MG Cannon when our own personal car was damaged. Carol, James and the delivery driver were all wonderful and kept us informed at all stages of the repair work to our Honda CRV. Returned to us beautifully cleaned and fully valeted. A first class company with first class values and first class customer service to match. Well done guys and Thank you so much for getting it back to us in time for our wedding anniversary holiday.
Credit is given when credit is due. Fantastic service from MG Cannon. My pride and joy was involved in a road traffic accident (not at fault) and they have done a top job in repairs. Noticed some very minor paint scuffs on the repairs initially but they had it repaired straight away. Polite and friendly staff (James - Vehicle Damage Assessor, Steve - Mechanic and the Receptionist) and exellent customer services. Wish I could say the same about my housing developer that built my shoddy house! They should definitely take a leaf out of these guys books, that's for sure!
Involved with a vw warranty repair (1600) that had rust showing through the repair within 2 years. Whilst the repair was carried out with the previous team on that site (same people - same guarantees) - MG cannons did not respond to my emails and cold shouldered responsibility - so VW warranted repairs MG cannons or which ever approved VW outlet - save your Rubbish
Great repair done on one of our company cars. Replaced rear bumper and lights, you wouldn't be able to notice the car was ever hit. Reception staff always helpful over the phone.
