Popped in for Coffee. Sat out on veranda overlooking the river. Friendly staff. Tasty coffee.

This is a really lovely cafe. We had a party of 14 and pre-ordered our food. My parents are vegetarian and they said it was the best Vege breakfast they ever had. Poached eggs were perfect and the crepes were lovely. Everything was well cooked and the view of the river outside is lovely. Really brilliant staff willing to help as much as possible and separated our bills to make it easier to pay. We will be back again. Thank you so much :)
This was the first time I have been in here. And the last. Harsh? Probably. I am an Ivybridge boy and can always remember the only previous time, 4yrs ago, being refused entry because me and my 3 friends just wanted coffee! So, it was with trepidation that 4yrs later I was going down the same road. This time it was self service and certainly the place looked distinctly down market. Terrible tables and chairs and it looked and felt generally shabby. Even the lovely area outside overlooking the river looked unkempt. It needs a makeover. The coffee was average, the staff also. Shan't be going back.....ever. Oh....And Ivybridge is a dump.
